Hao Star SS－WRL intermittent high-shear emulsifying machine. Under the centrifugal force produces by high-speed rotating rotor, the materials in picture are absorbed into the working cavity from upper and lower material inlet areas of working head.

Under the centrifugal extrusion, impact and other action forces, they are dispersed and emulsified roughly at the same time.

Due to the high-shear linear speed produced by rotor as well as powerful kinetic energy produced by high-frequency mechanical effect, these solid, liquid and gas which can not dissolve each other evenly dispersed and emulsified instantaneously under common function of relatively ripe craft and proper volume of addictives, through high-frequency circulation and repeat, thus stable and quality products are received finally.
